Weird vintage baseball card?

back in 93 (I think) there was a Upper Deck baseball card that I’m 95% sure that it was Andres Galarraga. I want to get that baseball card because what was weird and cool about it was the fact that the picture on the card was about him signing the same baseball card that you were holding. Now if it wasn’t him or if it wasn’t Upper Deck, does anyone know which one I’m talking about?

No one here knows.
