I found a old display box with baseball…?
news paper cut outs of the first negro team, Babe Ruth , it has dates and vintage catchers metal face guard, anyone have any idea on what it might be worth? i know its hard with out a photo so i dont expect an exact amount just an idea!
Your best bet is to take the cards to your local sports memorabilia store and let them assess the book value of the items. Ultimately the value is concurrent with supply and demand. In other words each item is only worth what a collector would be willing to pay. That price, of course, can vary. One other thing. Try not to handle these items without wearing protective gloves. The oils form your hands can damage these items over a period of time. Good luck.
