World Baseball Classic?

Finally some passion showed yesterday by the Netherlands and Americans.. do you guys think that this tournament is too nice of tournament. MLB’ers don’t really care about this. What would it take to spark this tournament to the ranks of the Olympics and the World Cup

Yeah, I saw the game yesterday. I thought for a little while there they might have to use the mercy rule. I’m not sure I’d say it’s ‘too nice’ of a tournament, but I see your point. The reason why I think it might not be ‘too nice’ is because baseball fans like the game because it’s fun and clean. (although some fights occasionally add a little something I doubt it’ll ever get up to the ranks of the Olympics and the World Cup because most baseball fans right now are thinking about Spring Training or their fantasy teams. To become more popular, for starters they could lower the ticket prices. (I think they’re unreasonable) Hope I helped!
