Plastic Baseball Holder
how to store and organise my wheat penny collection?

i have a bucket of wheat pennies and i was wondering of a great way to store and organise them. My grandparents had some coins in cardboard holders with plastic in which case you could see the coin. I was thinking of something more like a baseball collection method … so there are many on a page and thus allow for quick viewing speed along with order. Where do can you find this and/or other methods?
Thanks mike … now i feel like a dope … that was easy … lol

You can buy the cheaper Whitman folders and fill in the holes, or you can buy the fancier Dansco books that protect the coins better.

Or, you can buy a bunch of inexpensive 2″ x 2″ cardboard/Mylar coin flips at any hobby store to hold individual coins. This way, you can see both sides of the coin (with the Whitman books, you can see just one side). And then you get some plastic 20-pocket sheets that are just like the plastic sheets used for sports cards, except that they are designed to hold the 2 x 2s. This way, you can easily display your collection in a D-ring binder. And, you can have as many ‘extra’ coins on display as you want, instead of the ‘ only one hole per date and mint ‘ that the coin books limit you to.
