Minor League Baseball Sweatshirts

What should I wear when I apply for this part-time job?
THIS IS NOT AN INTERVIEW.
I am 17 years old looking for a job. The local minor league team is hiring now and I was going to put in an application. I think I will get the job because my sister worked there (now an intern, they know her well) and I have a friend that works there.
Anyway, it’s a baseball team. The worker’s there where a Staff t-shirt and usually jeans or casual khaki shorts. So it’s pretty casual wear for a job.
However, when I go to apply, what should I wear? I live up north and it’s cold now and believe it or not, I own no nice jacket or long sleeve shirt. I have nice pants and nice shirts that are short sleeve, but nothing long sleeve. The only coat I have is a sweatshirt.
So what should I wear when I apply here? Particularly upper body, because I don’t own anythig good for that. I hate to be under/over dressed for anything.
You can never be overdressed for an interview.
You may not own a suit, but you need get one if you want to have a chance at the job.
