Are Major League Baseball games broadcasted in New Zealand?
I’ve had the chance to travel and spend quiet a bit of time in New Zealand. Maybe one day in the future I’d like to live in New Zealand. I’m from the U.S. and absolutely love professional baseball! I’m still waiting for the Chicago Cubs to win the World Series…
Besides friends and family; baseball would be the one thing I would miss about American culture. I haven’t watched a lot of television in NZ; but I didn’t recall seeing any MLB baseball games. The ESPN network showed some highlights but that was it.
So do you know if you can get MLB games even if it’s by ordering extra television channels? I know you can watch them online but I’d like to watch them on an actual t.v. Thanks!
nope. not even on sky. there is not a lot of cable tv in NZ. its sky satellite. I’ve never seen MLB. probably because NZer’s find it boring. get into softball instead. we like that.
