Best offseason baseball workout?

I’m 5′ 10”, 170 lbs. I recently just used my football weightlifting program but quit to focus on baseball year round. I need help on which exercises I should be doing and how much I should be lifting. Any advice would be great. Thank you
I play centerfield and bat leadoff

First, never stop doing your stomach muscles. They are vital to hitting/throwing/pitching, basically everything baseball related. Second legs. They are just as key (hitting, throwing, pitching, running).
Other extremely key exercises are tricept, back of the rotator cuff and chest muscles.

Also, if you can grab a friend, continually do long toss to give your arm more strength from throwing. This helps no matter your position.

As for amount lifting, what ever you can do safely with out hurting yourself. You can increase strength as you continue.
