Fantasy Baseball Simulation Leagues

Are there any good / solid / active / competitive Baseball Simulation Leagues out there?
I’m a Fantasy Sports Veteran looking to get into more sim leagues. I’ve found an NHL sim league that is just what I was looking for. Baseball has been harder. I’m not married to any particular software, but I am looking for specific things. (I’ve tried whatifsports. too much $ to play constantly / long term)
I want:
* 20 – 30 teams
* Activity a must, in the rules
* Uses real players, no made up players
* Live Draft
* Not a rushed league, if it coincided with the mlb season – awesome
* under $20 per year league fee
am I too idealistic? Should I just start my own? ok which software is best?
Well Yahoo doesn’t have a solution for Simulation Leagues anyway.. so it would have to be taken off site. thanks for the response, I’m simply not ready to start my own league just yet.
Just start your own…your asking way to much out of a fantasy baseball website. It pretty much not possible the way things are going with Yahoo! and their little situation.
