Why don’t New Yorkers follow the Dodgers-Giants rivalry?
Baseball is Baseball no matter where a team plays. I would like to know how many New Yorkers are watching the Dodgers vs. Giants on ESPN tonight. This is a classic match-up.
Why should they? The Giants and Dodgers left New York in the late 1950s. Think about the millions of baseball fans today that weren’t even born when the two teams played in New York. There is no historical significance in their minds.
