College Baseball Analysis

Baseball Scouting Database Software?
Is anyone aware of any basic scouting or prospect analysis database
software? I see alot of college and minor league players, and was
looking for a way to store information on the prospects I see, just to
keep track, and whether or not my projections have any validity.
I realize I could design something basic via MS Access or something,
but I’d rather not go through the tedium of doing it.
I’d love to see what the MLB Scouting Bureau is using, but I am sure
their package, which is called ScoutAdvisor, designed by a company
called ESolutions, is proprietary. You would wonder, however, if all
of the MLB teams are using the Scouting Bureau, and essentially all
have the same information, why it would be.
I watch alot of baseball, and thought it would be useful to store some
of the evaluations.
If anybody has any ideas, they would be much appreciated.
