Baseball ump that wrecked the perfect game?

What do you think should happen to the ump? I think it should be overturned, and it counts as a perfect game as the guy was clearly out, and that was the last out in the game. The guy should be fired, and instant replay with challenges like in the NFL should be put into place. My cousin was born in Detroit and is still a big Detroit sports fan, and he was beyond mad. He wants the guy shot dead, which I think should happen also. And this is coming from a Red Sox fan by the way.
