Struggling to gain weight and need some help!?

I’m 6’1″ and a little under 165 lbs. I work out 4 times a week. I am a pitcher for baseball and in my junior year of high school. My metabolism is incredibly fast cause I eat a lot but am not gaining any weight. My goal is to gain 20 lbs over the next year or so. maybe even two years.

Keep gaining muscle and eat a lot of protein. I have a very high metabolism, too. I’m 13 and weigh 85 pounds. I finally gave up on gaining weight. Maybe when I’m 40 I’ll weigh a lot. But yeah, eat peanut butter sandwiches.
