Baseball Weight Lifting Schedule
two months off of baseball?
So heres the background: I am 6ft 7in 220lbs. I have been playing baseball for about 4 years continuously. This year I am red shirting at a junior college. I have been weight lifting (for non baseball reasons) for about 2 years. I have been skinny all my life up until a few months ago when the weight i was putting on began to show in my chest, biceps, etc.
I have 3 more weeks off of baseball with no practice. then about a month of an easy practice schedule. I am looking to go on something to rapidly gain weight and muscle. I am looking to bulk up my legs as well as my chest and arms and back. I have been taking protein shakes at the appropriate time of the day consistently.
anybody have any suggestions of what i could take / go on for this short period of time? to see the most results in muscle gain and strength gain?
