Baseball Tote
Which types of baseball cards sell the best?

I have a large tote full of cards and I’m wondering if it makes a difference if they are holographic, sticker, rookie, puzzle, or magic action. Or is the value placed more on the player?

Generally speaking, the more rare the card is and the more popular the player is, the more it will be worth.

It doesn’t matter so much if the card in question was a rookie card of a popular player if the print run produced a large quantity of that card. They would be easy to obtain due to the number of cards printed.

Condition of the card is also a big factor, especially in many older cards.

Go buy a Beckett card guide, or check out card prices online. You can look on eBay for completed auctions for similar cards to get an idea of what you might expect to get for a card.
