Does anyone know these downtown Dallas buildings’ name?

I’m doing a project for a class and would like to know the name of these buildings in Downtown Dallas:
1. with a mural of a African American toddler pulling some kind of toy wagon. He has a baseball cap on and blue striped shorts. Beautiful painting.

2. with a mural of marine life- whales, dolphins… beautiful blue colors.

THANK YOU!!!

The mural of the boy pulling a wagon covers the western wall of the Renaissance Tower parking garage at Griffin Street and Pacific Avenue. The painting’s official name is “Mass Transit” and it is 12-stories tall. (http://www.cliffdwellermagazine.com/articles/archive/october-2006-articles/cover-story/painting-the-town/)

The marine mural is on a parking garage adjacent to 511 North Akard, a 17-story building constructed in the 1950′s. (http://www.dallasarchitecture.info/metrop.htm)
