Do I have a chance to play major league baseball someday?
I am very good at catching pop-ups. I can even do it behind my back. I was the only player on my jr. high team to have three doubles in the same game. I predicted my speed correctly at the Pitching Challenge Booth at Funtown, twice–67mph. My uncle told me nobody ever is able to control their speed that well. I eat a lot of vegtables and rice and only have soda on weekends. Do I have what it takes?
If you have speed, you can play the outfield. If not, then you’ll probably be a Pinch-Hitter and that’s about it. But if you start every game, that gives you a great shot of playing in college and maybe even in the MLB. Keep up the practicing though, practice makes perfect.
