What drills or practice ideas can i do to work on my baseball skills to make me better?
i play outfield…. but need more help batting
Im going into my sophmore year of high school .. im pretty small 5’6 120 lbs. i play center field. and usually bat 7th 8th or 9th.
How can i improve my hitting and get better at baseball in general.
First you will want the usually, shagging fly balls and fielding to get better at moving around and fielding the ball.
Hitting, you can go to the cages, and work on leg strength and forearm/wrist strength. Hitting off a tee also helps to build hand-eye coordination.
Long Toss is also good to help improve your arm.
