So far, no one has answered the question. The asker wants the “dimensions” of the mound, not the distance from the plate.
In Little League Minor Baseball (ages 9-10), the precise dimensions aren’t explicitly defined, though the diagram in the rulebook suggests a radius of 5 to 7 feet. However, the height of the mound (or more specifically, the pitcher’s plate) must be six inches.
Rule 1.07 defines the pitcher’s plate itself as being 18 by 4 inches, and the distance from the front of the plate to the rear point of home plate should be 46 feet.
