Cedar Park Texas | Information about Carriage Hills in Cedar Park Texas
Carriage Hills is a large neighborhood located in northwest Cedar Park in Williamsons County. The neighborhood is bordered by FM 1431, Bagdad Road, North Lakeline Blvd. and Cedar Crest Drive. The homes were built in the mid-1990’s by Centex and Milburn Homes and range in price from the low $100’s to the high $200’s. The sizes range from 1100 square feet to a few that are as large as 3750 square feet. Homes in Carriage Hills have a very reasonable square foot price, so expect to get some size for your money. Some of the homes have some great upgrades and many have been updated recently by their owners. You can also still find some projects in this neighborhood.

There are three parks in Carriage Hills that include a swimming pool, a pavilion, a half basketball court, picnic areas and a playground. Carriage Hills is located in the Leander Independent School District.
Cedar Park was chosen by Family Circle Magazine as one of the top ten places to raise a family. It is a fast growing community with easy access to Lake Travis, Round Rock and Georgetown. Nearby is the Round Rock Express, a minor league baseball team, Volente Beach Waterpark, golf and many parks and recreation. There is also a lot of shopping nearby, including Lakeline Mall. There are many new shopping centers with department stores, restaurants and other services as well.
Carriage Hills, with its great range of homes, is perfect from everyone from the first time home buyer to families to retirees.
