Ok i saw this video about where this korean in seoul is watching a baseball game (korea vs japan) on a public tv station. Everyone was cheering for the korean side but this one korean was rooting for japan alone.(it was an experiment for a tv show) People around complained.

My real question is, what if just like on the video, it was a japanese person in tokyo watching a game liek that and rooting for the korean side alone? What would be the people’s reaction

I think some people would be annoyed or be curious to why, but they wouldn’t complain about it in front of the person. Rather, they would complain behind their backs, talk about it with their friends or say nothing about it.
The reason why I think so is because not much people in Japan can talk to complete strangers. They’re too shy to do so, or they don’t care.
