Football Players Utilize Plastic Containers
Plastic storage containers are beneficial in many more settings than one would think. A lot of people simply believe that plastic bins are only used in a warehouse or a hardware shop. Those people are failing to realize that plastic boxes can be beneficial in any application, regardless of who you are or where you work. I’m sure a lot of you didn’t know this, however a lot of top level professional atheletes use plastic boxes in their workplace.
Without naming specifically who purchased plastic bins from us before, but I will tell you that we have sold to two pro baseball franchises and one professional football team. The best part about these plastic tubs is that we were able to sell these franchises bins in their team colors.
When I ask, the individual making the purchase how they will utilize these plastic bins, I got a different reply from each team.
The first franchise, a baseball team, notified me that they were planning on using these containers to carry a bunch of items that needed to be transported from the clubhouse and through the dugout. They said that one plastic storage container would carry the baseballs for batting and infield warm-up. The other bin was used to carry the donuts that go around the bats while batting practice.
The next franchise, also a baseball team, notified that they intended on using the plastic boxes for sweaty clothes in the club house. After playing, players would just go into the clubhouse and toss their sweaty jerseys into this bin. Then one of the equipment managers could push this large, mobile plastic bin to the laundry area for washing.
The latest sports franchise that purchased plastic bins from us was a pro football team. It was actually a doctor from the medical staff. He was planning on using these to carry all of his supplies in the medical room. He had wall mounted frames and rails set up on the walls, which enables him to keep the ground clean.
These are some examples of how plastic bins can be used by all. You don’t have to be a picker in a warehouse to take advantage of the rewards of plastic storage containers.
