baseball batting help/techniques/references?
everytime i hit the ball i get that tingling in my hands and it hurts! idk what im doing wrong…i keep the elbow up. dont dip the shoulder, swing with the handle out twords the ball and pivot…but for some reason i always seem to hit the ball closer to the handle rather than the sweet spot. can someone help me or give me a reference to a site that i can help me?

Yeah, practice.
But reading will help you! Firstly you need to know how to swing! Pick up a book about swinging, Ted Williams’ the science of baseball is a great one. So is the physics of baseball.
For example, did you know in order to get the best power to hit a ball you need to swing at a 30 degree angle?
