What are the disadvantages of using the baseball grip in golf?

I wanted to know since I use the baseball grip. Which grip would you recommend and why?

The hands can work against each other

as they are not as long in baseball grip which places the club more in the palm rather than the fingers which reduces the flexibility of your wrists – reducing club head speed – reducing distance

I would recommend either interlock or overlap
