skating while on vacation?
my brother has a baseball tournament in maryland this weekend. we’ll be there from friday- monday. the thing is i usually skate friday, saturday, and monday. so i found a rink about 15 minutes away from my hotel (even closer than my home rink is to my house) and thought maybe it would be a good experience to see a new rink meet some new skaters and all that stuff and get some practice in bc i dont think i could live off the ice that long! so is it a good idea or you think its my time to relax?
like im pretty much planning on bringing my zuca bag instead of a suitcase and packing with skates, skating clothes, pjs, a pair of jeans, and a bikini. ill pretty much skate, swim, watch baseball, and sleep while im there.
It could be fun to experience a different rink, but it could also be cool to see what else Maryland has to offer. You could always bring your skates along and decide once you get there whether you want to skate or not.
